Definitions

"Client", "You", and "Your" refer to the person using the platform. "The Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to Hashsecured. "Platform" refers to the DevSecOps system that runs curated Kubernetes jobs and provides aggregated security insights.

License

All content on Hashsecured is owned by us or our licensors. You may use the platform for personal or organizational security purposes subject to these Terms.

You must not:

• • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• • Reverse engineer or copy platform components
• • Attack, disrupt, or scan systems without permission

Platform Usage

Hashsecured executes jobs on Kubernetes clusters using vetted open-source tools. Results are curated for analysis. Users must ensure that scans comply with local laws and that they have authorization to test target systems.

Reservation of Rights

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Hashsecured may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Content and Liability

We provide curated security results but make no guarantees on accuracy or completeness. Users assume responsibility for how results are applied. Hashsecured is not liable for any resulting damages.

Disclaimer

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hashsecured is registered. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts in that jurisdiction. Users waive any right to a jury trial.
